Sundays 12:00 pm and Thursdays (on Zoom) 7:30 pm
Join Bethany Dutton in her all-level Vinyasa Flow classes. Each class begins with an intention and flows through poses in a way that fits your body and will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Engineer Your Experience
Luminaire School of Yoga was founded in 2017 by a Civil Engineer as a space for people to deepen their personal Yoga practice, learn to teach, and build Community. Our teaching methodology honours both the ancient traditions of Yoga and the new science of body and movement, allowing everyone to engineer their own best experience within their practice. In addition to our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, we offer a variety of group classes, private instruction, and life coaching.
