What's in the program?

01

Ten Unique Sessions

The EHP is a series of ten 75-minute private sessions that incorporate Yoga asana with multiple movement modalities, including strength training, Pilates, and natural movement.

03

Clear Results

I want you to be able to clearly see and feel the difference throughout your participation in this program!  We begin with a thorough assessment, and check in to measure progress every three weeks so you can see how far you've come.

02

Five Core Areas of Focus

I've distilled the focus of this program down to five essential Core Areas, which are Balance, Mobility, Core Stability, Back Strength, and Bone Density.  These Core Areas are the most essential aspects of your physical health and wellness, and will set you up for a lifetime of ease of movement and confidence.

Additional Resources

In addition to your private sessions, you'll receive a ton of resources including guided meditations, asana videos, and mini-practices to maintain your practice between sessions and to enrich your experience in this program.

  • How is this program different from regular private yoga classes?
This is a structured program, so while each session is tailored specifically to you and your body and your goals, we’ll follow a specific format of introducing new material each time and building upon each session.
  • What are the areas of focus in this program?
Your goals come first, and the program will be tailored to what your body needs within a framework that addresses five core areas: Balance, Mobility, Core Stability, Bone Density, and Back Strength.
  • Isn’t yoga just for improving flexibility?
Yoga absolutely improves flexibility, but it shouldn’t be the main focus of your practice. The secret to flexibility is actually creating a balance between strength and flexibility, which we simply refer to as mobility. This addresses not only the flexibility of your muscles, but your complete range of motion, your strength, and your joint stability. This is a much more comprehensive approach to holistic physical health, as opposed to simply focusing on stretching and flexibility.
  • Is this program just yoga?
Yoga asana is the main medium I prefer to work with, as it is a thorough practice for moving and strengthening the entire body. Additionally, I also draw from several other modalities to create a more robust program, including Pilates, strength training, and natural movement. This gives you the best of a lot of different practices all within one convenient and comprehensive program.
  • What’s included in this program?
In addition to the ten in-person sessions, you’ll also get a video each week detailing the focus of our next session, as well as a short yoga flow for you to practice so you can keep working on what we do together. After you book your first session, you’ll also receive a bundle of bonus content, including guided meditations, breathwork exercises, and recipes (Yes, recipes! I’m also a holistic nutritionist, and I’m passionate about using food to nourish and heal the body.) These materials will be yours to keep forever.
  • Can I just take a couple sessions, or do I have to do all 10?
Each session builds upon the previous one, so all ten are essential in this program. If you’re not ready to commit just yet, I recommend a couple private yoga classes so you can get an idea of my teaching style and see how good your body feels when someone tailors a class just for you.
  • Can I pay for the sessions one at a time?
I’ve found that people have a much easier time sticking with their commitment to this program if they have already paid in full; however, I understand that this is an investment, and I do offer an option for single payments – with a caveat: You’ll be required to have a credit card on file (even if you prefer to pay another way), and if you cancel an appointment less than 48 hours before, you’ll be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you pre-pay for all ten sessions, you can reschedule at your convenience with no additional charge.
  • What happens when I’ve completed all 10 sessions?
That’s up to you! You’ll have enough material from those ten sessions to keep up with your progress on your own, and you’re also more than welcome to “graduate” into my regular private yoga classes, where we’ll keep a lot of elements from your previous sessions, but in a less rigorous format that’s more fluid.
