There's SO much more to health than what you put on your plate. Setting you up for success and achieving your long-term goals means addressing the mental & emotional elements surrounding your current dietary habits and where you want to end up.
What's a Holistic Nutritionist?
That title may mean different things to different people, but for me it means a focus on eating real, whole foods, getting into the kitchen, and recognising that real health is about so much more than just what you put on your plate.
Do you sell products or supplements?
No way! There's no one-size-fits-all product, supplement, or brand. I work with you as an individual to create a nutrition plan that's unique to you, and I will never sell you on anything other than real, whole foods.
Is Holistic Nutrition based in real science?
Heck yes! I'm a MEGA nerd and nutrition science is my jam! I love keeping up with the latest scientific research and clinical studies that help us understand more about how the body utilizes nutrients from the food we eat and how to create a unique diet for your optimal health
